Our Adult Dance Program is designed for different needs and is further divided into specialized classes:

Graceful Mom's Dance
Even when feeling fatigued after taking care of a household and a full day’s work, once you come here you will feel refreshed, relaxed and entertained. Dancing helps you reduce mental stress, and you will find great joy and energy when dancing to the beautiful music.
Furthermore, you will look like a completely different person, with graceful posture and elegant demeanor. Endowed with artistic demeanor, a person who practices dancing regularly is bound to look different from the average person.
Body Shaping Dance Class
The white-collar workers often sit in their cubicles for a long time during the day, which has a very negative effect on their body shape. The Body Shaping Class mainly focuses on body shape training, walking posture, standing posture, eye expression, and stage performance. We also teach the basic dance movements. In addition to building up the correct body shape and getting physical exercise, this professional training helps one improve one’s demeanor, artistic grace and self-confidence.
Performance Dance Class
Dance training engages all parts of the body – head, neck, chest, legs, hips, etc. The movements mostly involve the small joints, which greatly enhance the student’s body coordination. Moreover, dance movements are very expressive. Students will develop self-confidence and demeanor during the practice.
Needless to say, dance training helps to reduce body fat; students will maintain a healthy weight.
Senior Dance Class
Dancing is a good exercise for all age groups. Our Seniors’ Class will help students improve their physique, and enhance the body’s resistance to diseases. In addition, students will be able to exercise their joints and muscles, and in turn, delay aging of the bones, which is a very important aspect for seniors. From the perspective of medical science, dancing movements can improve the functions of heart and lungs, and boost blood circulation, making one feel energetic. Regular dance exercise helps the dancer improve the elasticity and supporting strength of muscles and achieve better body coordination and flexibility. Moreover, the music for Classic Chinese dance is elegant classic music. Dancing to it makes one feel uplifted, enriched, and much younger and more energetic.
