Besides unique and excellent arts program, the students in Fei Tian Academy of the Arts California also receive a rigorous and high quality academic education designed to enable them to obtain an advanced high school diploma and prepare them for either immediate employment or postsecondary education upon graduation.

Our academic curriculum for grades six through twelve is based on the requirements of State of California and University of California. Students at Fei Tian California should complete all the basic course requirements: (i) English, (ii) Social Studies, (iii) Science, (iv) Mathematics, (v) Dance, Music, or Fine Art, (vi) Health Education, (vii) Physical Education, and (viii) Foreign Language (Mandarin Chinese). Wherever applicable, the state-recommended syllabi for public schools are used as guidelines. By engaging in a balanced offering of courses and activities, the young students at Fei Tian California very naturally feel motivated to learn.

In our high school curriculum, every student is provided with a strong and firm foundation in the language arts, the humanities, math, and science. Teachers take a holistic approach to the development of young adults in our high school program, giving particular attention to developing an ethical framework, teamwork, a healthy lifestyle, and good study habits. The rigorous study will meet students' needs, interests, and abilities. Flexibility in course offerings permits those with outstanding ability in one or more academic areas to move forward at a pace that makes the best educational sense for them.

Middle school students experience an exciting and demanding period of rapid mental growth and increasing independence. The goal of the Fei Tian middle school program is to provide an environment that helps each young student develop integrity, self-discipline, and concern for others by addressing key areas of the maturing youth, including intellectual, aesthetic, spiritual, physical, and emotional.

Fei Tian Academy of the Arts California is a place where moral values are integrated into the artistic and academic curriculum. It aims to educate the whole person by placing equal emphasis on professional skills and knowledge, the study of culture, and character development. Fei Tian strives to provide an uplifting environment of learning and self-improvement for its students.
