Library
The Fei Tian California library’s mission is to provide students with resources to facilitate academic achievement, independent learning, and the acquisition of lifelong learning skills. In the library, full-time students can find study and research resources to support class assignments in addition to work space. After-school and weekend students may also find recreational and supplementary materials of interest. Library resources for our full-time students include materials that directly support research and assignments for academic classes and supplementary fiction and non-fiction materials to allow for student learning and enjoyment outside of class. After-school and weekend students have access to these same materials while on campus and may be permitted to check out books on an individual basis if they attend classes regularly. We also have a collection of fiction and easier books geared towards younger or less advanced readers, which may prove interesting for some of our younger after-school readers. The library currently has hundreds of books, periodicals, and CDs in its collection which continues to be expanded and improved. Full-time students may check out materials by visiting us at 101 15th Street and bringing their selected materials to the front desk. Books are generally due two weeks after they are checked out, but may be renewed if there is no demand. Please also let the front desk know when you return books. |
